A Book for Thomas is a charming true story about a family of Red-Tailed Hawks that live in the ancient trees at the authors home. Their lives illustrate nature in a unique and interesting way, the hawks are given human thoughts and emotions. It has been approved by the Sumner County Board of Education in Tennessee to be placed in every elementary school in the county. It was written to honor a child who lost his battle with brain cancer. A Book for Thomas teaches life values and promotes remaining strong in the adversities that accompany life.
