The Story Behind the Book
I wrote this book a decade and a half ago about the situation in Venezuela. How unchecked corruption managed to turn a country into a failed state. Back in the day, it was my only way to cope with a situation where I couldn't do anything about it other than write a story, then expand it and create a unique universe from it. I wrote this book back in 2012 as a personal coping mechanism for the political situation in Venezuela. I saw with my own eyes how everything from a socioeconomic perspective was starting to crumble, and the country changed forever for the worse, with no light at the end of the tunnel for a positive change.
The Central Question
The character struggles with his inner demons after a traumatic event. It is his choice to make inner peace or succumb to them.
