When and Why Should Someone Read It?
In my practice at His Faithful Stewards, many Christians have come to me with financial challenges with regards to their faith. They have been diligently saving for retirement, but they don’t know if they have enough. While they trust God for their future, they also want to be good stewards and good planners. But they don’t know how to do that. If they allow us to look at their full plan, we can help them answer these questions. But many people want more information to see where they are before committing to working with someone. This book is for them.

Most Christians think ahead to retirement and hope that everything will go smoothly. We trust that God will provide, but we have these lingering questions: Will I run out of money before I run out of life, or will I become a burden to my children? We yearn to know the answers to these questions to be sure that we are on track.

The Story Behind the Book
Over six years ago I founded a financial services company (His Faithful Stewards) that builds biblically responsible wealth plans and trusts that lock down assets like a titanium vault, that grows money well, and slashes taxes without compromising Christian values. We have been committed to working with biblically responsible tools that grow well, with companies that demonstrate tremendous financial strength. We are passionate about helping our clients achieve good financial plans that set them up for a successful retirement.
The Central Question
In my experience, most Christians do certain financial things well. Perhaps they have done a good job working with their employer’s retirement plan. Others may have done a good job with putting things in place to protect them from market volatility. Or another may have done well protecting their money from loss but it hasn’t grown well. Another may have done a great job preparing for tax advantages in retirement. But I’ve rarely seen someone who has done everything well without assistance. Someone fails to account for the tax changes they will experience. Another forgets to provide a hedge against the possibility of long-term care. And some leave their money at risk in ways that could destroy their retirement overnight. Because my heart aches for these people, I’ve put this guide together to help other Christians.
