The Greegs universe is one where if a species isn't careful about their collective choices, they'll descend the evolutionary ladder so fast they'll wake up in a million years as unintelligible, unsightly creatures only interested in the mining and preservation of a completely disgustingly useless natural resource known as Schmold (don't ask, just read all about it). The Greegs universe is one where if a planet ceases to have any life-forms, it will eventually disappear from existence because there's no room to waste in a reality already overcrowded with insane creatures, planets, beliefs, wars and blockades. This is a realm of space entirely separate from such frivolous and anti-imaginative notions like logic, rules, rationality and impossibility.
When you explore the ever-expanding Greegs universe, your sense of scale will be pushed to at least a few reasonable breaking points as you are forced to reconcile with the fact that your spot in space is never as secure as you think it is, and that you could be orbiting around a planet that is merely a synapse temporarily firing in somebody's brain.
