Euthel Brewer, the son of a Mafia boss is a successful physician in Louisiana. He is leading the good life with a beautiful wife and young daughter when a stranger appears that causes a series of events that turns his world upside down. He flees into Baja California and becomes a heroin addict. His addiction leads him to attempt suicide but he is saved by a soldier of fortune and a women that puts his life back together. But tragedy strikes again and he finds himself in a life and death struggle with the king of a drug cartel, whose son is a serial rapist and murderer.
